What is branded (masked) SMS?
Branded SMS shows your store or brand name as the sender instead of a random phone number. In Pakistan this sender ID (mask) is approved by the PTA, which builds trust and improves open rates for your order alerts.
Which SMS route should I use for order alerts?
Order, dispatch and delivery alerts are transactional messages and are sent from your approved brand mask. Promotional campaigns use the marketing route, and verification codes use a dedicated OTP short code.
Does branded SMS work on all networks in Pakistan?
Yes. SMS packages work on all mobile networks in Pakistan, including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone and Onic, and reach customers even without internet.
How do I connect SMS to Shopify or WooCommerce?
Install the Shopify app or the WordPress / WooCommerce plugin and your store events sync automatically to your active SMS route. You can also use Google Sheets or the REST API for any other platform.
Can I schedule SMS and upload my own contacts?
